Fall Fitness Testing:

Students in grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th are currently participating in their beginning of the year fall fitness testing during physical education. Students are being tested on cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength over the next three classes. Students perform the mile run at the high school track to meet part of the requirements for the cardiovascular endurance section. The top boy and girl finishers from each class will have the opportunity to eat lunch with Mr. Markham in the upcoming weeks!
