The team placed first out of 42 teams and 197 individuals. The team is coached by Mr. Jared Evans and Advisors are Mr. Nevin Smith and Mr. Tom Jolliff. They will represent the North Union FFA chapter at the 86th National FFA convention in Louisville, Kentucky October 30 through November 2, 2013

Every year, The North FFA participates in many different competitions amongst other schools, around the district, state, and country. These Career Development Events (CDE’s) educate our members not only in occupations, but there are some events that may prepare students for a potential career that is outside of the FFA. There are CDE’s in almost every subject related to FFA, business, and leadership that provide wonderful opportunities for the members to explore various professions they may want to pursue.
