Engagement At It's Best!!!
After learning about different cultures and discovering the Batik method of painting designs on fabric with wax before adding color then removing the wax, students in Mrs. Hammon's Kindergarten class used a similar technique to practice sight words. This continues to be another example of the amazing ways teachers at North Union think outside the box to build engaging lessons for their students!!!
