North Union HS Graduation Ceremony Update 5/28/21

Date: June 4, 2021

Time: 7 pm

Location: NUHS Football Stadium

Tickets: Tickets are not required. Graduates will receive 6 reserved seats on the football field (chairs provided). Additional guests (no limit) may sit in the stadium seating. Gates open at 6 pm.

Handicap Seating & Parking: Handicap seating will be available on the track and in the stadium seating. Handicap parking will be available near the ticket gate entrance.

Entrance/Exit: The main ticket gate and the gate near the concession stand will be open. 

Student Arrival: Graduates arrive at 6:15 pm and report to the high school gym. 

Graduate Dress: Graduates wear casual dress clothes with school approved cap, gown, stole and tassel. The following regalia is permitted: NUHS Top 10 Medallion, career pathway cord, National Honor Society or National Technical Honor Society stole, and enlisted military stole. No other regalia may be worn. Caps may not be decorated.

Weather Delay & Rain Date:  

• Weather Delay: The ceremony could be pushed back or moved up by 30-60 minutes. Parents will receive a phone message notification. 

• Rain Date: June 5 at 7 pm 

Graduation Rehearsal: 

• June 4 (rain or shine)

• 1 pm  

• Students will meet on the football field or in the gym if it is raining. 

• All graduates are required to participate in the rehearsal. 

Graduate Luncheon:

• June 4 

• 11 am

• Benny’s Pizza in Marysville 

• Sign up in the high school office if you are participating

• FREE lunch if you sign up by May 28th!

Graduate School Fees:

• If school fees are not paid in full and all school owned items returned by June 3rd at 12pm, students will not be eligible to walk in the graduation ceremony.
