The North Union Elementary DI team will be advancing on, yet again, to the Destination Imagination Global Finals, the largest creative thinking and problem solving competition in the world, to be held May 22-26 in Knoxville, TN. Team members include Amanda Adams (3rd grade), Riley Furer, Caleb Isler, Christian Isler, and Daniel Burggraf (all 4th graders) from North Union Elementary.
They are planning a fundraising event to help cover the traveling expenses to and from Tennessee. This fundraising event will be held at North Union Elementary on Saturday, May 3, 2013 from 4-8:00 PM including a chicken and noodle supper, 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction. The team’s manager is Jennifer Furer and Brenda Blankenship oversees the Destination Imagination program at North Union schools.
