Due to no candidate running for the upcoming vacant seat, the North Union Local Board of Education must fill a vacancy. This position on the Board will run from appointment through December 31, 2021.
Any qualified applicant wishing to be considered as a candidate for the vacant position must submit, in writing, a letter of interest including their name, address, and phone number along with the reason(s) why they want to serve on the Board of Education to Scott Maruniak, Treasurer, North Union Local School District, 12920 State Route 739, Richwood, OH 43344 or via email at [email protected] no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2019.
The Board of Education will interview potential candidates during the regular board meeting on Monday, December 16, 2019.
The Board of Education plans to appoint a new board member at the January 14, 2020 organizational meeting.
